What we get asked about Law firms
An internal portal for managing the firm and its people. The firm's staff use it every day, and we maintain and develop it on an ongoing basis. We do not publish the system's details, just as we would not publish yours.
The system runs in your environment. Role-based permissions decide who sees what, and every access is logged. Data reaches a third party only with your approval, and when AI is used, your documents are not used to train any model. All of this is defined during scoping, before any code is written.
In most firms the case system stays, and we build what is missing on top: a staff portal, forms automation, or an AI assistant that answers from procedures.
Provided it answers only from your source and cites where the answer comes from. The lawyer checks the source in one click. The search gets shorter. The decision stays the lawyer's.
That depends on how many processes there are and which systems we connect. We go live with the processes that hold the firm up most, and extend from there. After launch we stay for maintenance, as with Shibolet.
