The Palmidos website at https://www.palmidos.com and its associated digital assets are operated and managed by Palmidos Ltd. or its designees for the purpose of this document. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Israeli law, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations, and the standards set in Amendment 13 that took effect in August 2025.
This document supplements and clarifies the policy already published on your site. In case of any conflict between parts of this document, the Israeli chapter prevails for services provided in Israel.

3. Sources of data
We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the site, and at times from third party services we operate to run the site, provide analytics, and manage email communications.

- Google Analytics - analytics and measurement
- Hotjar - heatmaps and UX research, if enabled
- Brevo or SendGrid - email marketing and mailing list management, if you subscribed
- Vercel - site infrastructure and hosting
- Meta Pixel - measurement and remarketing, if enabled
Each external provider acts as our data processor under appropriate agreements for data security and legal compliance.
8. Cross-border data transfers
Some services operate outside Israel. When data is transferred outside Israel, we implement appropriate safeguards and proportionality in the transfer, consistent with guidance from the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and applicable law.
9. Information security and breach handling
We implement reasonable organizational and technical security measures, including access controls, encryption where feasible, monitoring, and logging. If a data security incident occurs that may impact privacy, we will act according to law, including notifying the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and affected data subjects where required.
10. Retention periods
We retain data for the periods necessary for the purposes described above unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Afterwards, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
11. Your rights in Israel

- Delete data that is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or where retention is unnecessary

Supplement - your existing policy
The existing sections of your policy remain in force and form part of this document, including sections addressing automated processing, retention, information security, and rights under CCPA and CDPA. In any conflict with Israeli law for services provided in Israel, the Israeli provisions apply.
Regulatory notes
- Amendment 13 strengthens transparency duties, information security, and enforcement powers of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority
- The obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer may apply in certain circumstances. If and when Palmidos is required to do so, the DPO details will be published
