In most projects the ERP stays. We connect to what is there: an API when one is open, and a written spec for how we read and write when the interface is not clean, without breaking the live environment.
Access by role, a split between test and production, and a log of actions the agent takes. Who sees which record follows your structure.
The access boundary of the system itself is closed in the spec, before build. The website privacy policy is published separately.
A fixed price, before a line of code

What moves the price: how many systems we connect, how deep the permissions go, how many processes, and whether a regulation applies. The exact number is closed once the scope is clear. There is no average client price here, because we do not publish client prices.
Ongoing model, hosting and monitoring cost is separate from the build. Both show up in the proposal, not after signature.
