We built Ombar's system simple and fitted to its users. We scope with the drivers and warehouse staff too, and remove every screen that can go.
They can be read automatically and the data entered into the system, with anything that needs a human eye flagged. That saves typing and cuts errors, especially when every document arrives in a different format.
